These have never been installed or energized (some assembled items will be tested prior to shipping to insure proper functioning.) Anything other than new will be CLEARLY stated in the description and/or title above. Warranty & Returns: Unless otherwise stated, all of our new and reconditioned products have a 1 year replacement warranty; Should your item malfunction, a RGA- "Return Goods Authorization" must be requested, approved and item returned before any warranties will be honored. (Improper installation, usage or abuse voids any warranty). Unused/ unopened items can be returned if requested and returned within 30 days. A RGA must be requested and approved. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. Shipping: We primarily use UPS and UPS Freight for all of our shipping, but can also ship via USPS. You must have a physical address for us to ship to. PO Box addresses are unacceptable. Unless “Free Shipping” is offered, buyer pays all UPS, UPS Freight, or USPS fees. We do not add any extra or hidden handling charges or fees. We can also ship on your UPS account if notified prior to finalizing the Ebay invoice. Most items will ship from our CA location; on occasion we may ship from one of our other locations or from another source nearest to you at our discretion.
