This printer was purchased to print on films and sign panels up to 64 inches wide. It uses the Rico Gen 5 print heads with White. The printer has been un-reliable and un-repeatable for our business. We expect our printers to run well over 100ft of printing without supervision or constant intervention form an operator. This machine cannot meet that task. This printer has proven to be a labor intensive machine that might work well for someone but does not print well on any of the materials we produce and provide. The major issues we experience with this machine are banding, ink drop out, ink accumulation on the print plate and dropping on to the medium (causing scrap), as well as network connection issues almost every time after Windows does an update. This printer will come with the ONYX software and toggle as this program has much to be desired as well. Warranty on this printer is set to expire 5/8/2016. We are not looking to extend it. The manufacturer (CET) or the people we purchased it from (Advantage Sign and Graphic Solution, Inc) have not been able to make the printer meet our reliability & repeat ability standards. They do not respond in a timely manner. Returns are NOT accepted. We will put the printer on a skid. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We have a forklift with extended forks as well as the original skid and its shipping container. We will load the printer on the truck provided. Shipping skid is 148" x 44" x 60" and weighs 1200 lb. Seller reserves right to cancel the auction or not sell the item at any time.
