Hi! I am selling a very nice CFR Paramount 20, Self water recycling, environmentally GREEN carpet extractor/cleaner. These units are top tier in the carpet restoration and cleaning industry! This is a dual self-contained unit as well! It's a self-propelled walk behind unit AND a wand attachment unit too. It is a self recycling system which means you do not have to keep refilling with fresh water. It simply cleans and filters the dirty water and reuses it. Most companies prefer this as its a big selling point these days. I purchased this a few years back and have only used it a handful of times due to getting a lot of contracts in 10 plus floor buildings...which means a lot of elevator use. Instead I purchased a 40k truck mount system that I'm using now where I run a ton of line up the steps. This system I am selling today can easily earn you 5 to 10k monthly in business just doing 2-3 commercial jobs a week. It's perfect for small cleaning jobs AND large jobs as it is dual equipped. I also purchased an ungraded wand for this which is included...everything is turn key with new filter and I will also throw in 200 in free chemical. This is your new turnkey business. Nothing else is needed! I paid right under 7,000 for this set up 4 years ago and as you can see on the hours odometer I have been very gentle with it.
