A 3-1/4” diameter feed screw meters product to the weighed bag spout. The Base construction is all Stainless Steel for Food Grade or 3A Dairy applications. Standard features include: Tubular frame, hopper, and bag clamps of stainless steel construction Hopper bottom clean-out door with safety switch 7” Dia. Bag spout Scale beam weighing 5 HP TEFC motor NEMA 12 electrical controls. 4198 WEIGHMASTER II Open mouth auger bagger 3A Dairy construction provides the features necessary for packaging products like milk powder where 3A inspection is required. Includes the following features. 304 Stainless Steel construction for all fabricated components Closed frame design with no holes into tube frame All welds continuous, radiused and ground smooth with no pinholes or cracks 3A Dairy polish finish Agitator in primary hopper with drive. Ribbon type agitator for flours and certain cakey products. Drives from auger shaft An agitator stirs the product and helps deliver product to the screw to insure constant feed.
