This auction is for a used Charles Ross double planetary, laboratory size, change can, laboratory mixer. Used to mix high viscosity paste or putty like materials. It is a Model LDM-1. It appears to have had very little use. It is as follows: Has 1- Gallon capacity change can mixer bowl (bowl measures 8.25" ID by 5" deep) that has vacuum/pressure interior; jacketed for heating or cooling; stainless steel contact parts; 1 hp, 120/240 volt, single phase, explosion-proof, vari-speed main drive motor. The mixer is mounted on a, steel table base with 4 wheels for portability.  To access and remove the mixing bowl, the mixer head is lifted vertically by the use of a hand pumped hydraulic system. *** What you see in the pictures is all that’s being sold. Offer is for used equipment in "as is" condition, without warranty, Dublin, CA 94505 USA. We don’t have the manual or know of it’s history however we have put electrical power to it and it runs smoothly and quietly. Outwardly it appears intact and undisturbed. *** We want a quick/speedy completion of the payment and pickup for this auction. Therefore, payment is to be made by certified funds or wire transfer and must be received by seller before or at shipment and within 5 working days of end of auction or this sale is canceled and buyer will forfeit any rights and interest to the equipment. Pickup or shipment is to be made within 10 working days of receipt of payment. Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements & costs for the packing & transportation of this equipment. California Sales tax will be collected, from buyer, for a sale within the state of California. Seller will make item available for pickup/shipment immediately upon receipt of payment. *** At buyer’s request, seller will have item covered with heavy cardboard & strapped to a pallet which will be suitable for shipment by most of the common carrier truckers. ***   Please assume nothing, look at the pictures carefully and before bidding, ask any questions that you may have via email.
