·      Description: -You are bidding on Chaser Grinding Fixture, which was manufactured by the National Acme Company. It is a multi-adjustable grinding fixture, and is of very solid construction, and stands about 6” tall in its current configuration. The base of the unit is just over 5” in diameter at the circular portion. -The fixture’s serial number is: 41-114  -I recently acquired the tool, and don’t know too much about it. I tested the basic movements and ranges of motion with the device, and it seems to be in good working order. -The tool is able to swing-around 365 degrees, and has a main adjustment along the top of the base plate area which allows the assembly to be adjusted back-and-forth also. -At the top of the assembly there is a smaller T-slot piece with a hand-screw, which has a vertical post through the middle. This piece can be locked into the main body of the fixture in either a vertical or horizontal configuration, utilizing either of the dual slots. These are fastened/loosened using a hex wrench.   ·      Cosmetically, the fixture appears to be in pretty good used condition and shows some moderate wear, including: ·      Lots of scuffs, scratches, chips to the paint, plus areas of discoloration and baked-on grease here and there. ·      The main hand-screw handles are bent on either side, but they still seem strong and function fine to tighten/loosen the device. ·      The upper T-slot piece has a ground-down section, but it does not appear as though it would affect operation.   (see pictures)   Please email with any questions!   YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE PACKED WITH CARE TO ENSURE SAFE DELIVERY!   Shipping Policy: ·    Ships via USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground (Sorry, no international shipping on this item) ·      We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses ·     Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax   Please email with any questions!
