Powerful search features make it effortless to find products, your current client or prior invoices. Simply drag or double-click products to add them to an order. Smart tools like the client inspector show information such as all of your client's prior purchases, their current orders and the editing history of each order and invoice. Besides making quick sales, Checkout also lets you create personalized quotes and invoices. Check the "business" box on any order to edit prices directly and review total gross margin as well as margin per product line. Leave orders in your database until the goods are in stock and use the "Pending Invoices" report to quickly see which of your clients have unpaid bills. Checkout helps you keep track of your stock. The "Stock" report in Checkout's manager interface shows current stock and the amounts to be ordered for everything in your assortment. Employees can enter new stock using the incoming interface. If an item is lost, damaged or recovered, stock corrections are easily made from the product manager interface. Every change to your inventory is automatically tracked by Checkout's bookkeeping engine and a brief description is logged for each stock correction. It's always easy to find out what happened to your stock, when it happened and who recorded it. To make your data even more accessible, Checkout lets you export any report to a Numbers, Excel, PDF, CSV or TSV file. While you work, all of your store's transactions are recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Use the reports for a quick overview and use instant search to find specific transactions in the ledger interface. For a "close-up" of your financials, export your transactions directly to AccountEdge, Quick Books or an Excel, Numbers, CSV or TSV file. Checkout is ready to grow when your business is.
