Expedited processing may be available, but this disqualifies an order from free shipping, and may disqualify order from any discounts. Mid Valley Restaurant Equipment uses three shipping methods: FedEx or UPS Package delivery, common carrier freight lines, and our trucks in the Walla Walla area. Not all methods are available for all items. We only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. FedEx or UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping. Common carrier freight lines are used for items that are oversized, weigh over 150 pounds, or are too fragile to ship by air. Shipping only delivers the items to the curbside, it does not include installation services for large equipment nor does it include delivery within your facility. If your order requires special handling such as lift gate or inside delivery please call before placing order. In Walla Walla, Tri-Cities and surrounding areas inside delivery is available. Installation is not included. If your shipment will be coming by freight line, please read this important information: Upon arrival of your shipment, check immediately for possible damage. Shipper / Manufacturer cannot be responsible for any damage to merchandise. The National Claims Council regulations specify that Consignee must: Inspect shipment for possible damage. If there is the slightest doubt that the merchandise is damaged (Concealed or not), have the driver mark all copies of freight bill "DAMAGED", and sign them. Where damage does, or may exist, consignee should accept shipment (as above) and immediately phone delivering carrier requesting carrier inspection. Uncrate merchandise within 15 days and save the packing for inspection. If damaged immediately notify delivering carrier. Consignee must initiate and submit all claims. Shipper / Manufacturer cannot make claim. Please inspect unit immediately to insure shipment is complete. Claims for missing parts cannot be honored if claim is made more than 60 days after ship date.
