This item is a Chemical Delivery Cabinet designed to accept chemical by manual pouring 1 Gallon bottles into the reservoir. The reservoir is 40 liters or aprox 10 Gallons in size. Chemical is poured behind the front door in an exhausted area with secondary spill containment. Fume control while pouring is excellent which keeps your chemical maintenance technicians safe while pouring. The opening where chemical is poured is a large 10 x 10 inch square with splash free design. Bottles can be poured rapidly with ease without worry of splashing from or missing the opening. This system is designed with its own internal 24 Vdc power supply and requires only exhaust, air and 120 Vac facility connections. All chemical call and status bits are achieved by use of dry contact relays. The system has a Amp connector for communication cable connection. Exhaust requirements are 120 CFM. The cabinet has a 1/2 inch size Flare connection for CDA.  System is constructed of White Poly Pro and uses all Entegris valves and fittings. The Pump is a all teflon pneumatic capable of delivering chemical over a long distance. Typical delivery is within 200ft at the same level or 100 ft if delivery cabinet is located in the sub fab. Liquid Level Sensors are installed in the chemical storage reservoir. Overfill is interlocked to a alarm beeper. Low level and full level are also interlocked to beeper or indicator lights which provide visual status of the reservoir level. All level positions have visual indicator lights for status.  Seller has 8 years experience on this system and is a excellent technical resource for installation and technical support after the sale. System is sold "As Is" and is in operational condition. Refurbishment and warranty options are available but not included in price shown.
