Economical & Automatic - The Transfer2 pumping station is designed to collect and transfer fluids from production machines or laboratory stations where gravity drains cannot be used. Made in USA Features:  As fluid fills the tank, level sensors activate the pump to begin fluid transfer. When fluid level drops to the pre-defined point, the system stops pumping and goes into standby mode. Installation is simple: Connect the incoming fluid line to the inlet and connect the discharge line to the pump out fitting.  Plug the unit into a 110V outlet and activate the on switch.  Specifications: Pump Features - Polypropylene (Front and Rear Housing, Impeller), Ceramic (Shaft, Thrust Washer), Buna N (O-Ring), Ceramic Magnet.  Electrical: All models have air cooled motors that are U.L. listed and are rated for continuous duty. Motors have a 3 foot (0.9 m) cord. Air cooled motors are separate voltage 115 Volt 60 Hz, 115 Volt 50/60 Hz Tank and fitting materials: HDPE, LDPE, PVC Stainless Steel, Vinyl Transfer2 pumping stations are custom made in California, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on order quantity.  Custom configurations are available.  Please contact me with questions and special requirements.  I will be very happy to work with you.  Dimensions 7 Gallon System: 16.5" x 14" x 14" at 13.5 lbs. Pump Flow Rate: 7 gpm at 8 ft. head Custom configurations available: Transfer2 Tank sizes available from 7 to 63 gallon Transfer2 Duplex Pumping Station: Should any component in the system fail, causing the potential for an overflow situation, the Duplex Pumping Station provides a fully redundant control and pump system with alarm. Transfer2 Double Containment Pumping Station: Secondary containment tank with alarm. .................................... Transfer2 fluid lift stations are built to order in the USA, using USA made pumps and components. All Transfer2 fluid lift stations are designed to meet a broad range of flow requirements. Our engineers are happy to work directly with you to design the proper fluid lift station that will work best for your requirements.
