Chemical Source Switching Unit System from Landry Engineering NEW The Chemical Source Switching System from Landry Engineering, Inc. is an in-line, fluid control system that provides uninterrupted chemical flow to a process tool or supply header. It eliminates process tool interruptions and wait times due to an empty chemical source Eliminate Process Downtime Eliminate process downtime due to an empty chemical source and waiting for technicians to respond to alarms. When switch over occurs and alarm sounds, the system has an entire container to deliver before attention is required. Eliminate Bubbles in Process Chemical Eliminate bubbles in process chemical as a result of a source going empty. The buffer feature combined with a proprietary, internal device insures bubble-free chemical flow from the bottom of the system. Maximize Chemical Usage / Minimize Chemical Waste Maximize chemical usage and minimize chemical waste by allowing complete draw from each container. Weight scales and internal level sensing probes both have to be set conservatively, leaving chemical behind, in order to prevent the introduction of bubbles into the supply lines. Unused chemical represents increased consumable costs and increased waste stream costs. List price ~ $10,500 Everything in picture is included. Reasonable offers will be considered.
