I do not know the history of it. This unit looks like it was custom made. The handbook is marked, "built for Intel Jan 2001". It does not have a model number on it. It is labeled, "120VAC, Single Phase, Full Load Current 5 Amps, Serial 2150A". It measures about 57 1/2" high X 41 1/2" wide X 33 1/2" deep. It has four non adjustable shelves. It is very clean. It is marked, "Cart", but it does not have any wheels. It looks like it is wired through an APC UPS unit. I had it plugged in for over two hours and the APC unit does not come on. I feel that the batteries are not able to be charged up and probably need to be replaced and so I was not able to power on the fan. I am not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
