While we appreciate that these options are usually cheaper, we've found that they take too long (sometimes in excess of 6 to 8 weeks) which leads to "Item Not Received" cases being opened, we end up having to refund the customer, and we never see the product (or payment) again. Under special circumstances we may allow an exception, but we will require the customer send a separate PayPal payment covering the value of the item + shipping. Once the item has been confirmed as received by the customer and positive feedback has been left, the additional payment will be refunded in full. Under no circumstances will we pay for shipping and then invoice you for the charges on this type of shipment, it MUST go on your account / collect. - Customs & Duties: These fees, if applicable, are NOT included in our auction or shipping fees, and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
