From a manufacturer closing auction, we have here a Chicago Pneumatic CP-0351 compression riveter, with C style jaws. This one, the piston does not fully retract. As a result, it does not develop any power (they only develop power in the last little bit of movement. But it does move and retract a bit, so I think it probably would not take a lot to fix, if you know how to fix them. I did not get any sets with these riveters. They look to have been used little if ever, though they do have finish wear from knocking around in a crate with other tools. Measurements of the jaws are in the pictures.
