Here is a used feeder reel for wire, made by Chicago Steel & Wire Co.  Super Stitch model.   I believe that it is for a bookbinding or saddlery stitching machine.  Reel has part of the equipment with it.  Notice the two repair welds on 2 arms on one side of the reel - looks to be a good job. Reel measures about 8 1/2" wide by 1 7/8 inside. Sold as is as I do not know how it works.
