Chill-Rite 32 Draft Beer Dispensing Refrigeration System Description Chill-Rite 32 Beer Tap System This system is an top-end system designed to keep beer at 32 degress all the way to the dispensing Tower. It includes the refrigerant compressor system MLN-33 which pumps refrigerated glycol through the trunk line bundle to the dispensing tower. It is installed outside the walk-in. There is no cover. Manufacture date 11.13.07. Its been in storage for 4 years. It includes the top end optional Beer Pump Pressure System that uses pure CO2 to pressurize the kegs in your walk-in and drive the beer pumps. Three dual pump panels that have Fobs for the kegs. That’s a total of 6 taps. One Fob is missing. I have pictured only one of the Pressure panels. The other 2 are identical. The dispense beer tower head is a 6 head unit. One valve is incomplete, it needs a plunger thing. The tower may or may not be useable. It was cutoff and its pretty much a sealed unit. The lines are accessible but appear to ba a different diameter than the tubing coming out of the pressure units. Maybe just some adapter fittings will be needed and a good purge/flush. This unit was removed from a facility and the trunk lines were cut off, so a new trunk line will have to be rigged by you. I don’t think Chill-rite will make a new trunk line without sending everything back to them.If you go to the manufacturers website they have an end pic of the trunk line. Its basically foil wrapped with pipe insulation around it. Easy to fab for a handy person. This is a $10k system that, with a little work, will be yours for a fraction of the price. The compressor has been tested good. I ran a closed loop of the glycol lines and it cooled the glycol. The existing beer lines need to be purged and sanitized or replaced. That’s maybe a couple hundred dollars for tubing if you opt to replace them. Local pick-up or I will palletize it for free and you arrange the shipping.
