Machine has an automatic potato/vegetable cutter on the right and side of the machine. Once the potato/vegetable is inserted into the chute the machine slices it into thin slices which are then fried, turned over, baked, and then exit out the left side of the machine where they can be seasoned in a bowl. The bowl on the left hand side is also included and was an added expense when ordered new, the 'Seasoning Tumbler. You can put the chips in that bowl and an automated arm will turn over the chips in your desired seasoning you put in the bowl. Currently is programmed for 'Potato Chips', 'Sweet Potato', 'Nachos', 'Puffs', 'Taro Root, 'Cassava', 'Plantain' Chips (see menu screen in pictures below). This is a very well made machine that was built with only the highest quality components, and this machine costs close to $40,000 new now. This machine also has a built in hood with fire suppression system (you may need to change the fire suppression bottle with your local fire suppression company to certify it as current).
