Chocking compound Chockfast Orange structural epoxy 17 lb kit, Lot of 4 kits This is both the Chockfast Orange resin and the hardener made by Philadelphia Resins (ITW/Chockfast Grout). These are the large size containers. This sale is for four complete kits. Instruction sheets available upon purchase. This will be emailed to buyer if requested. This is older stock, however being a 2 part epoxy it has unlimited shelf life. This has been tested and performed as the manufacturer intended. The only change seems to be a shortened pot life as the mfg states 30 minutes. We found it to be about 15 minutes. This is a 2 component system with variable hardener ratio options. This is used as a chock or poured shim, replacing steel chocks or shims. This can also be used as industrial strength grout. This can be used to level underneath machinery or equipment. Machinable once hardened Non-shrinking Resists severe marine and industrial environments Suitable for pouring in depths of 1/2 inch to 4 inches provided adjustments made to catalyst ratio. This can be cast in a mold by building a dam around the area to be chocked.
