4/3 X 1-1/2 X 1-1/4 3MSB601-H6-VSA Flaring Cup Wheel Type 11Y-128 Cincinnati Milacron Made in USA 60-Grit H-Hardness 30% Blue Ceramic Grain MSB is a non-seeded ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive that is a extremely tough and durable abrasive in all grades. This grain is chemically quite pure and of uniform quality. It is comprised of a complex poly chrystalline microstructure. When used in a grinding wheel it is blended, in varied percentages, with a more friable conventional aluminum oxide. A grinding wheel such as this has a much longer and more productive life. The MSB abrasive stays much sharper longer and breaks down in smaller increments. The act of redressing the wheel is accomplished in smaller increments, for it is no longer necessary tro knock out entire grains, or parts of grains: simply retouch the face of the MSB wheel .0005 to .0010" deep (In many cases a new diamond dressing tool needs to be installed, especially if the present one is dull or flat.). 66250611154
