Circa 1900's McDougall Co. No. 3 Water Ram.  Made in Galt, Canada.  It has a cast iron body with a round brass mechanism on the side.  The device above the brass piece has a spring loaded center.  The entire piece is unbolted and held together with plastic straps.  A fairly large size it meaures 12" in diameter by 16" high.  The base feet measure 7 1/4" center hole to center hole.  It weighs 43lbs.  Has not been tested.  Check out the photos.
