I could see no scratches on the display, however; I was essentially locked out of doing anything "fun" because our network does not contain Cisco's software to manage these. This WILL be the responsibility of the buyer. Both have batteries. 1 is a CIUS-7-K9 V01, and the OTHER is a V02 One unit has the nubs either worn down or broken a bit JUST enough to let the battery slip out if you jostle it too much. The battery DOES stay in if you leave it be and don't move it around too much, and of course. It's nothing duct tape couldn't fix! Keep in mind that we do NOT guarantee or warrant anything ever having to do with batteries or software of any kind. This equipment is guaranteed to a limited degree for 14 days. Parts and Labor on HARDWARE ONLY. We do not provide technical assistance for software related issues, nor do we accept returns for incompatibilities. Your battery - should it ever start losing its ability to hold a charge; does NOT constitute a defect. It means you need a new battery. An inability to unlock the software, or "hack" into it without your IT Admin's permission does not constitute a defect. This system requires a centralized and proprietary operation regardless of the fact that it's "Android" Based. It's Android with "Big Brother". NOTE: We are currently re-organizing our warehouse. If we find more accessories or items that go with this lot; we'll be happy to include it, and make changes to the listing. “This lot is a working pull, however; it's not "perfect". You will receive exactly what you see in the photos. The two tablets DO work. 1 of them has the small "nubs" apparently worn, so the battery at times can easily slip out. Otherwise; both units are fine. I did NOT test the battery charge capacity for any particular length of time. There are 3 phone bases, and 2 handsets with cables. There is 1 AC Adapter. The tablet displays look great, and work well, but they ARE locked at a certain point because our network does not support the Cisco software required to unlock them completely. Please make sure you're familiar with configuration and installation of these. Remember - We do NOT warrant or guarantee batteries whatsoever. They SEEMED to hold a charge while I was testing them (as well as I could) but batteries eventually all need to be replaced. I don't foresee any problems personally, but I also can't tell the future. We do not warrant anything software/battery related”
