It does power on and boots up. On the power module the INPUT OK and FAN OK light up green. The status light on the five WS-4306-GB module come on red. Both the WS-X4515 and 4507R fan module have green status light. No further testing has been done to this item. There is some wear and tear. Unit has a few scratches and scuffs on the chassis. The cover plate for the empty module slot has a scuff on it as well. Both units up for sale have similar wear and tear.
