This valve was slightly damaged when I lifted it up.  You can see the broken fitting in the photos.  You'll need a new 1/2 inch brass nipple and a 3/4 inch - 1/2 inch brass step down or you'll need to tap the broken piece out.  We're talking less than $10 worth of parts at most major distributors or if you want to pay retail you can get the parts you need at Home Depot or Lowes for less than $20.  The copper lines fit fine and should bend back into place with no issues and the flange connectors look fine.  Otherwise the valve appears new and does not look to have been installed.  I bought this from a fire protection company that shut down at auction.  Everything appears fine.  I believe this PRV retails for around $2500.  We're offering it at a SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT.  I bought lots of other items at this auction so look for many more upcoming items in the near future.  We do accept returns but buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.  Need additional photos?  We'll be happy to provide them, just tell me what you'd like a photo of.  I'm not a fire protection professional but very mechanically inclined and willing to do what I can to make sure and answer your questions the best I can.  As always local pickup/meetup/delivery in the Birmingham Al area is always available as well as possible meetup in other Southeast cities.  Due to this item's weight shipping is going to be quite expensive to most locations.
