SHIPPING Items under 2 Kg will be sent by Royal Mail First Class to anywhere in the UK. For a tracked/recorded/signed for option the cost is £1.10 Heavier items over 2 Kg and up to 25 Kg are shipped by couriers such as DPD, City Link or Parcel Force and shipping is included in the price to Zone 1 ONLY. The zones are as follows:- Zone 1. All of England, Wales and the lower part of Scotland, shipping is inclusive . This should be all post codes except those quoted in Zone 2 and 3. We also offer a next working day delivery option (24 hr service) which will cost £4. This only applies to items ordered before 1pm on a working day. Zone 2. Scottish Highlands and Islands in the following post codes are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE. The surcharge will be £8.50 . Zone 3. Northern Ireland with the following post codes are BT, IM, TR21-25. The surcharge will be £11. Zone 4. Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands all post codes The surcharge will be £19. Items weighing over 25Kg will be shipped by parcel courier or pallet. The prices quoted are for Zone 1 only. Other zones please check the shipping cost before purchasing. We apologise for the varying courier rates but although Royal Mail is restricted by Government Charter to deliver anywhere in the UK for the same price the courier companies can set their own economic rates to deliver to the outlying areas of the UK. We will also ship the item anywhere in the world covered by Royal Mail International Signed For. Although expensive this is a quick, efficient way of posting and gives full PayPal protection to the buyer and seller. Using a cheaper method could be unreliable and not give the PayPal protection so we do not offer it. Sorry. However, please note that there are some things outside of our control. Occasionally Royal Mail may not make a delivery. Royal Mail do have certain policies that they adhere to and will only advise that an item is deemed missing AFTER 15 working days. We have to adhere to these policies so if you have any concerns regarding postage then we must recommend that the RECORDED delivery option is selected upon ordering from us. Without the recorded delivery option then tracing your parcel is made virtually impossible and delays in sorting out the problem will occur in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines. If RECORDED delivery is not selected and an item goes missing then we cannot act upon it until after 15 working days so please be aware of this fact prior to making your purchase. Warranty and Returns We pride ourselves on providing quality goods with a quality service. However sometimes things can occasionally go wrong. Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply. However in all cases there are a few simple guidelines that must be followed. 1. If an item is defective upon receipt or there are shortages we MUST be informed of the fact within 3 working days and in the event of a defective item have the item returned within 7 working days. 2. Please contact us first before returning any item as we may be able to resolve the issue over the telephone or via email. We do not reimburse any postage on products that are returned back but will send a pre-paid returns label if shipped in error or was faulty when shipped. 4. All goods sent back to us must be sent by the most cost effective means. For example we will not pay for Next Day Special Delivery if parcel post could have been used. 5.
