CT-3400 CONDITION: Used with cosmetic wear such as scuffs, scratches, stains, nicks, residual marking tape adhesive and permanent marker, but as long as you're not entering it into a beauty contest that shouldn't matter, as the unit powers on and appears to be fully functional (however I am unable to determine of the rotor spins according to specs).
