This is beautiful surplus from a military aeronautics manufacturer in Dallas, Texas that starts with a B.  As I toured the plant it was clear the operators got everything then needed and only the best brands were being used. These were surpluss'ed because they sold their Devlieg boring mills. 98% of what they cut was aluminum.
