Purchased this for helicopter storage, but the local Boston municipality is giving us permitting issues. Door height has been customized to 15' to fit an R-44 Helicopter. The unit is brand new in the packaging, as shipped to us.Ready to be put back on a truck and shipped to you. Includes (30) - Ground Anchor Assemblies - included for free ($598 value) Local Pick-up or Freight Shipping. Total weight is 3550 lbs. and 3 pallets for your shipping cost calculation.  For reference, we used Conway freight from Connecticut to Boston and it cost us $1692.
