This tilt skillet was purchased from a local restaurant through our business. Our restaurant equipment business has been serving the local area for over 30 years and we have recently been putting some items online to sell. We have thoroughly cleaned and tested the unit. Although it has some years on it, it is not excessively worn. All functions work well. This skillet has 6 burners totaling 96,000 btu's. It has a 30 gallon capacity. It requires 110V electric to run the power tilt and the thermostat. It has a 60 minute manual timer on the front. For those not familiar with tilt skillets or braising pans, its a very versatile piece that can be used for large amounts of foods. They're used primarily for soups, and sauces but can be used for many other things. They can even be used as grills for grilling meats or breakfast foods. This will ship via truck to any commercial address within the lower 48 states.
