Kettle is 208/240 volts, three phase electric, 35 amps, NSF, SA approved and UL listed as a commercial tilting steam kettle. Kettle comes complete with self contained broiler, stainless steel construction and everything listed below. Kettle has been in use up to date and is in excellent working condition. Kettle heats up quickly, all functions are working proberly. Kettle measures L32"xD25"xH36" and weighs approx. 200 lbs. Kettle can be picked up or shipped from either of our 14482 or 13440 locations. There is no charge for shipping and crating this kettle to your commercial location. Details The Cleveland KET-20-T electric lever tilting 20 gallon 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working, self-contained unit that's easy-to-install! Its 20 gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup for hungry patrons at your restaurant or buffet. Thanks to its precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit of variance), it's ideal for simmering, too! Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent unintentional operation. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel. A splash-proof, solid-state control panel allows simple regulation and monitoring of temperature and heat cycle. It also has a low-water warning. Other special features of the Cleveland KET-20-T electric steam jacketed kettle include a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse and a large capacity pouring lip. This unit requires a 208V 3 phase, 3 wire electrical connection. 208V will put out 12,268W and 240V will produce 16,333W.
