Cleveland Range Inc. 1SCE SteamCub Plus is a countertop electric steamer and holding cabinet that boasts solid state digital controls with three operating modes, low water indicator and alarm, and a stainless steel construction. With a capacity to hold (5) 12x20x2-1/2" deep pans, this product is perfect for commercial kitchens. The best part? It is ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency. Why Should You Buy From Us? We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover as forms of payment. Sales tax is only applicable to NY state customers at a rate of 8.375%. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. For large items that ship via freight truck, there is subject to a $95 fee if a liftgate is required or if it is delivered to a residential address. We ship all orders within two weeks except for custom or special order items. Culinary Depot is committed to providing excellent customer service. Our return policy allows for all unused items in their original packaging to be returned, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. We provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the customer is responsible for shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Damaged items or items that were not what was ordered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to exchange an item for a different product within 30 days of the original purchase, with store credit being issued for brand new, factory sealed items minus outgoing shipping costs. If the returned item is used or in open box condition, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.
