I have had this wired for single phase 208v/240v on a 40 amp circuit, but it can be rewired for 3 phase easily. Does a great job! Very versatile piece of equipment. Heats up hot enough to brown food but evenly enough to braise for hours. Selling only because I replaced it with a gas kettle. The unit has a street price of $8000 plus an extra $1500 for the table and drawer. Mine comes complete with working drawer, but the slide are missing. You can decide to replace them for a nominal fee or continue to use as is. Had this inspected and wired by a certified tech.
