This bag of 10 CLIK-CLIK RING MAGNETS comes in 10 pound strength. The "pound" refers to the maximum load one magnet can hold indoors on a steel ceiling structure such as suspended ceiling grids. The 10 pound magnets come 10 magnets per bag. The magnets are prepackaged, and are sold only BY THE BAG ONLY. The weight of the items you plan to hang determines which magnets to purchase. You should purchase Clik-Clik magnets that are several time stronger than the maximum weight of your items to be hung. For instance, a 4 pound sign can safely be hung with one 10 pound magnet or two 5 pound magnets, but should not be hung with one 5 pound magnet, even though it may hold the sign. If the item hung is subject to excessive movement from ventilation openings or door drafts, an additional magnet will help to safely secure it. The heavier magnet strengths also allow you to hang signs on vertical metal walls, such as the moveable "air walls" in hotels and conference centers. While they may be used alone, the RING MAGNETS are designed to be set on either a DUAL MAGMOVER head (or a MULTI MAGMOVER head) on an adjustable MAGPOLE, to install items on the ceiling. As a result, you never have to use a step ladder or power lift to install signage or decorations.
