Clothback Urethane 3/16" Industrial Wear/noise Lining Material - Vibratory Bowl

US $1449

  • Tupelo, Mississippi, United States
  • Jan 30th
One lot of 3/16" thick, industrial/commercial grade clothback urethane. Used for noise and wear reduction in automated processes, bumpers or absorption 'pads' in repetitive cycle operations, etc. (among many other uses). This is not cheap material in either cost or function.  We previously used the material for lining extremely high use vibratory feeder bowls in a factory grinding application. The lot includes the following estimated cuts of material: Roll Cut Remnant 48" x 44" (see image) QTY 1  Rectangular Remnant Cut 39" x 20" QTY 1 Strips 3/4" x 48" QTY 11 Miscellaneous Remnant Cut 30" x 23" (at widest/longest points across, see image) QTY 1 Small Rectangular Cut 8" x 6" (see image) QTY 1 Spatula Assortment - for applying epoxy adhesive during application.  Please check my other auction for 3M Brushlon material, also used for noise and wear reduction. This is an industrial carpet with fibers at a 15-20 degree angle to help feed parts on a vibrating surface (remember the old vibrating football games? Same idea). I also have some die grinders up for auction. I am happy to combine shipping with prior notice that you've won, or plan to bid on another item. Shipping weight of 35 lbs. from zip code 38801, Tupelo, MS or pick up, by appointment is encouraged.  Auction must be paid for within 3 days of ending.  Shipping shown is for lower 48 US only. Others may inquire prior to bidding.
Condition New other (see details) :
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
Seller Notes This is high quality, industrial/commercial use urethane for wear and noise reduction. Any discoloration, dust, etc., is merely superficial from storage. This is TOUGH stuff! We used it for lining vibratory feeder bowls to reduce factory noise and wear and tear on the stainless steel surfaces of the automated feeding units.
