Universal mini CNC Hold Down. Can also be used for gluing, general craft clamping, etc. Made specifically for use on 3018, 4030 and similar mini CNC devices. Bolt/screw holes = .26"(6.6mm) dia. Adjusting slot = .26"  x 1" ( 6.6mm x 25mm). Stackable for extended length. Mat'l is triple laminated Hickory Wood over tempered hi density fibre and hickory bottom plate. Hold down strength = continuous 35 lb working pressure. Break strength = shop tested greater than 50 lb (typically 80-100 lb). NOT suitable for machining steel, or use on industrial equipment. Can be easily re-shaped, beveled, tapered, etc.  Accomodates sanding, filing , grinding, etc. Nuts and bolts NOT included. Re-use original items supplied with your machine, or obtain addition various lengths. Disclaimers Use on soft light weight materials ONLY! Do not use liquid milling coolants with these clamps.(Water, oils, etc.) Note: Use of dry compessed air assist is OK. Do not use for machining metals !!
