We are a complete cnc/manual machine shop. We we also have professional spot welders and benders, swaggers, anything to make your assemblies or single parts. We also have the ability to powder coat! We work with any metal or plastic and also have the ability to make your molds. We guarantee that we can make your parts for at least 20% less then your current price! Our programming cost is very minimal. We have a masters of mechanical engineering partner doing our programming and only pay him when he is needed! Don't worry he has another job. Our tolerances are tight or tighter then your current supplier or you don't pay! We only charge 60 dollars an hour for our work compared to most others charging 240-250 dollars an hour. We also manufacture animal control products and make money on them so we don't have to rely on our machining to pay the bills, this is how we can be so inexpensive! We use our machines and expertise on our own products and feel like it's a shame to see the machines not in use when not making our own parts. We love machining and can do anything. We make our own jigs for larger multi sided machining on milled parts but have a rotary table also for this machine for less time touching the part, which is the most time consuming part. Our cnc lathe has a parts catcher and bar puller for very fast machining! We have most tooling needed and will only charge if new tooling is needed! We can use your material or we can order it for you and include in your per piece price, or we can keep an hourly account for you and itemized bill with material sent or bought along with any tooling needed! I know how frustrated I was when I used to deal with companies I used to get this machining work done at for my manufacturing company and not knowing how long it takes to make the parts I was paying 3-20$ a piece for! It's surprisingly a pretty fast process and I know I was way overcharged for years! Our 20-40-80 kva welders can weld anything you need also. We work with wire rope and can swage anything you need or make complete assemblies! We can make one or a million or anything in between.
