Diy CNC Plasma Table Plans 1500 x 3000 mm This listing offer prints to DIY customers who want to build a professional cnc plasma table with water tray and control box to save money.  This table was designed to be run by 4-NEMA 23 stepper motors with around 420 oz-in (3 Nm) of torque and 8 mm shafts. A gear reduction with 1:3 ratio is present on X/Y axis. Z axis is made with THK KR linear stage (found very cheap on eBay) and will return speed and high precision. This gantry was designed with a lightweight and rigid structure made with alluminium extrusion.   Specifications: 1500 x 3000 mm cutting size. Resolution 0.05 mm  8000 mm/min cutting speed, and a minimum acceleration of 2000 mm/sec/sec. This includes: Detailed prints in PDF format for fabricating and assembling the table. Detailed prints in PDF format for fabricating and assembling Control Box. DXF files required to cut the sheetmetal components BOM (bill of material) with vendors and part numbers for purchased components. Software: Draftsight.com is a free CAD drawing program.  Sheetcam.com has Cam and Mach3 packages available The file will ship only electonicaly via email in 24-48 hours after receiving payment.
