Completely turn key cnc router, nothing to do but turn it on and use it. This machine was custom made and is very well built, heavy welded steel frame and powder coated. table is 48x48" square. 3/8" acrylic enclosed keeps dust and debris localized. The machine has a flood coolant system (which I have never used) for cutting harder materials and the table is slotted and drilled to allow the fluid to run into the catch pan under the table and then get filtered and recirculated. The pan can be easily pulled out from the rear of the table for cleaning purposes as well. The pump has stainless impeller and moves 900 gph at 80 psi. The spindle is a Hertz 3HP form Turkey and work fantastic unlike some of the Chinese junk out there. All the wiring runs through the machine which means it's protected and can be accessed by removing the diamond plate corner caps. It also has a standard quick release hook up for air, to a set of nozzles on the spindle plate. This is controlled with 2 LED switches on the front post near the Emergency Stop button. One is green (burst) and one is Red ( on continuous). The machine runs on Mach 3 and is a licensed under Little Brute and is a full version not a trail. The machines motion controller is the best you can get on a router machine like this. Uses Leadership Easy Servo encoded steppers and digital drives, never loose a step again. The 21" touch screen computer is also top of the line and only has Mach 3 and the bare bones programs needed, not a bunch of programs you wont use to clutter your system up. I have used the machine for a few small projects and have decided to purchase another hot rod, so this machine needs to go. The new owner will not be disappointed. Comes with a variety of carbide and HSS endmills as well as a set of carbide router bits. I also have a new dust collection system for this machine I would be willing to sell to the new owner. machine runs on 220v Has LED table lights The hand held pendant needs to be replaced thank to the fact I dropped it and broke the something inside. No big deal, really. There are some normal cosmetic issue and by that I mean it's not in pristine never used condition.That said, I assure you when you see the machine for the first time it looks new.
