This Liquid Carbonics freezer features pneumatic hinged top lid, controlled by a manual pneumatic panel. 4 stainless pneumatic cylinders pull the lid open for cleaning or inspection. The belt is 38" wide, with 36" being usable. It is a tight mesh belt suited for crumbles or small product. Belt is 1" pitch x 1/8" opening. The belt has three drops designed to prevent clumping of frozen product. A manual CO2 Panel with a manual temperature controller is situated on the opposite side of a manual varidrive which controls belt speed. There is 10' of freezer. OD = 145"L x 88"W x 80"H + 38" more when the lid is raised. Unit is mounted on a stainless steel painted frame. Unit bears S/N: 30131. This machine is designed for ease of operation, with no great technical skills demanded. Offered in good operating condition with 5-6 week lead time. FOB: NW AR.
