We acquired these from a medical auction and both items are new in their original sealed packages. The handles are excellent quality and manufactured in Germany of stainless steel. They feature loop handles 3-1/4" (95 mm) long. I am not sure where the blades were manufactured. Shipping Weight: 1 lbs.
