Payments Payment must be received within four business days of the auction's close. If payment is not received within that time a non-paying bidder alert will be filled and the auction awarded to the next highest bidder or the auction re-listed. We accept Paypal online, but for pickups cash or credit cards may be used however in store pickups will include sales tax. Our Guarantee and Return Policy All of our items are guaranteed to be fully functional unless otherwise stated in the listing. AS-IS items are final sale items, no returns! Items improperly described upon arrival may be returned for a refund for the purchase price and shipping cost. However if the item arrives and was damaged during shipping a claim must be filled with the appropriate shipping service. If you are wishing to take advantage of our return policy we must be contacted within fourteen days of the item’s arrival at your doorstep. If an item has a serial number it is recorded and kept after sale, if a return is made the serial number will be compared to our records, and if the numbers do not match there will be no refund and the buyer may have the item shipped back to them at their own cost. In other words, check to make sure you are sending the item back that you initially purchased. We do our best to note any possible cosmetic defects (such as scratches, dings, etc.) in the listing and photos, and we will not discount items with minor cosmetic flaws that do not interfere with the function of the item, even if such flaws are missed in the description and/or photos. Shipping costs are non-negotiable and won items will only be shipped to a verified paypal address associate with the paying account of the winning ebay user. We ship through USPS and UPS. UPS is typically only used for heavy items that the USPS will not accept. For USPS items are shipped media mail, first class, or priority mail. Depending on the shipping service it may take anywhere from 3-10 business days to receive your item. UPS shipping service is only available for delivery to a physical address (no P.O. boxes, or FPO/APOs). Damage from shipping is not refunded through Travelers Trading and a claim must be filled with the carrier in order to receive the merchandise value (S&H is not refunded). All packaging materials and boxes must be kept in order to file a claim. In store pickup is available but you must have a matching picture ID and the ebay number of your won auction. Sales taxes must be paid when it is picked up in store. Auction style listings ship within 24 hours! Our buy it now listings ship within 48 hrs.
