This is an 80 mW specified power 1064 nm CW single frequency laser. It is the STARPLUS design pioneered by Coherent. This acronym is: Single frequency Tight Angle Ring with Power Loop for Ultra Stability. The lasers were hand built in a cleanroom and sealed; lifetime should be 10,000-30,000 hours. This laser is tested at 95 mW and to have single longitudinal mode output also-see photos. This laser was a spare for an interferometer owned by a company and was tested for a couple weeks and then put on the shelf. The hour meter reads around 65 hours.
