Coherent vanadate crystal in heavy gold plated copper mount. This one is cylindrical though most are rectangular and is in perfect condition. Crystal is 17mm x 3mm. See picture of similar unit in Avia laser for typical placement in laser. This type is usually mounted to 2 thermoelectric coolers and a heavy copper block about an 1" thick (see illustration pic), I'm going from memory here. If you want to go that route, I suggest buying 2 ea. Tec units 40mm x 40mm. You can get Chinese ones for about $5.00 ea. on ebay or get some nice Melcor or Marlow units at a bit more expense. There are also some copper blocks on ebay 1" x 2" x4" for around $25.00 I removed what was left of the broken ones attached so you have a clean surface to attach new ones if so desired. I would use Arctic alumina's 2 part 5 min. thermal epoxy. The 10K thermistor has one wire missing so it's a good thing there is another hole on the opposite side for a new one. I am including 2 compatible thermistors from Redfish that have the same specs as the coherent ones. I will epoxy one in place if you want. I'll leave that up to you. Another option is to heat the whole assembly on a hot plate to melt the indium solder holding the 3 copper plates together and remove the crystal. You can then install it in another mount of your choosing.
