Very RARE Polycrystalline 5N 99.999% Gallium Arsenide Wafers with 1.10" diameter.  Two are available (wafer A has been sold) and we are selling them separately in 2 separate lots.  Wafer B is 0.06" thickness.  Wafer C is 0.16" thickness.  These will be sold consecutively with A first then B then C.  C wafer will be offered LAST.  These wafers are 58% TRANSPARENT to IR Infrared wavelengths from 900nm to 2,000nm.  These have very specific transmission abilities and find application with IR Lasers and Microwave devices.  You must be over 21 years of age to purchase these and must send us proof of age for us to complete your purchase.  We reserve the right to sell these if your personal information is not provided to us.  Also, you must have at least 5 recent and verifiable POSITIVE FEEDBACKS to purchase these and are subject to our approval for completing your purchase.  Shipping to the 50 states is $12.95 and to all International locations is $24.50 by REGISTERED U.S. AIRMAIL so that a tracking number is generated for shipment.  Very Rare and originally made for COHERENT LASERS, U.S.A. with ONLY 2 remaining.
