The hose is a single-component tube made of yellow Nylon 11 for resistance to moisture absorption, abrasion, fatigue, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. It is capable of functioning effectively at temperatures ranging from -60 to +200 degrees F at a maximum working pressure of 185 pounds per square inch (psi), and comes equipped with a 1/4" factory-installed, brass male National Pipe Thread Taper (NPT) strain relief swivel fitting on one end and a 1/4" factory-installed, brass male NPT strain relief rigid fitting on the other, with an attached brass industrial interchange coupling. This hose is manufactured as a lighter-weight alternative to bulkier rubber and plastic hoses for use in a wide range of industrial applications, such as manufacturing, auto repair, robotics, and others.
