This sorter is made to separate silver quarters (90 percent USA quarters) 1964 and older (junk silver) and quarters made from copper and nickel. Silver quarters go down one chute, non silver coins go down other chute. Easy to use. Just dump your coins in the hopper, the Franklin 3000, named after my favorite founding father, Ben Franklin. a Penny saved is a penny earned. Components designed for industrial use. Comes with silver quarter installed and machine set and calibrated for junk silver sorting. It will sort 22,000 coins per hour. Easily maintained, if needed a q-tip and rubbing alcohol, just wipe down the path the coins travel, no need to lube. the hopper is refurbished, as is the comparator ( you can upgrade the comparator with a brand new circuit board for 30 extra bucks) Hand made stand. I have made a few of this type of machine, and will be selling more going forward. The buckets and dollys are not included. To operate, set unit on flat table on a corner, buy a couple 5 gallon buckets, and dollys, load hopper with 300-500 dollars of coins (picture showing coins in hopper is 600 dollars worth. Unit does not over amp with that amount, although does stress the hopper bowl springs, if you stay under 500 bucks of quartets at a time, you will be ok, for long term use. Ruller in pic is 12 inchs, for scale. Make sure only!!! quarters go in hopper, if penny or dimes go in, you may damage stuff. I won't warranty that, can help fix, but won't be free figure on 15 to 20 bucks to fix. After dumping quarters in, plug in a surge protector and operate off of the surge protector switch, has 1 plug. You will pay shipping back to me if returned. I will deduct shipping you paid to get it to you, if returned. Make sure you want it. Great if you have a laundry mat or car wash, or any business, you end up with a lot of quarters. All parts are easy to get, if any replacement parts are eventually needed. I have been on eBay since 02, and if I stop making these I will always provide free tech support, and help find any part needed, I have plenty extra parts now, but who knows what I will be doing in 15 years.
