The Directional Locks have four locking positions or leave unlocked in swivel mode. It is in used condition. Used on a concrete shop floor. Good working condition. The caster wheels are almost 2" wide. The rise from floor to mount is about 6" Heavy Duty Poly Wheels. Grease Fittings in swivel Bearing and strong COLSON Construction.
