This sale is for one ( 1 ) brand new Comark T125/3 restaurant grade thermometer (F°). It comes with a clip to mount to the side of a pot or other storage vessel and a protective cover that slides on. It reads from 30°-120° and has a marked/intended range of 80°-90°. This range is provided because it's intended use is keeping product in liquid form for coating. I believe this was originally for chocolate products. This thermometer does not read high enough to be used for checking food safety of cooked meat products.
