COMMERCIAL 10-12 QUART STAINLESS STEEL MIXING BOWL This has been well used for over 25 years and has a few dents and scratches. Please take a good look at the photos.It measures 16" round by 6" deep. The flat bottom is 7" wide. It will hold 10 to 12 quarts but that is right up to the top (12 quarts).There are no markings for where it was made or who the manufacturer is. Most of these commercial bowls are made in korea. I think it is an Ecko but not sure. It is stainless steel and will last a good many more years to come. A must have size if you are making cole slaw or mixing a salad, or batters. It is manageable.Check out my other listings by clicking on at the top of this page.
