This vintage cookware piece is a heavy duty, NSF commercial rated medium wok from "Commercial Cookware Toledo, Ohio". Its model number is G165HC and it's made of hard anodized aluminum with a plated steel handle. Although the outer edging may be scuffed and the handle bleached, it remains strong and without sharp edges or splintering. It is still fully functional and can last you for many years of great cooking. The handle is made of laminated wood and the wok has an approximate diameter of 10-3/4" at the rim with a depth of 3.5". This vintage piece is highly sought after by collector cooks as it is an earlier version of the Commercial Cookware line before the name change to Calphalon, and was made in the USA. The handle measures approximately 7.5" in length and fits snugly. The lid features multicolored top, but the underside has no discoloration.
