This item up for auction is a used AMFE commercial double decker oven, smoker, holding cabinet. This item came from a closed down grocery chain store. I cannot find the model number on this unit so i could not find much info about it. This auction company i got this from told me the item was working when removed from service and should still be working well now. I do not have the knowledge or power requirements to test this item myself. The only knowledge of whether it works or not is what the auction company told me. I have a long history with this auction company and they are right on the info they give me 95% of the time. Because I cannot test the item myself I am selling it for much cheaper than I would otherwise. So you have a 95% chance of getting a great deal. Each oven has a smoke on off option Each oven has a temperature holding option to keep food at a certain temp. Each oven has a cook option that includes Bake/ Q-Plus/ and Broil Each oven can be controlled independently Cook temps range from 200 to 500 degrees Comes with 4 oven racks Comes with 4 oven trays Inside dimensions of each oven are 32.5"D x 31.5" W x 20" H Unit is missing holding temp knobs Unit could use a good cleaning Seal in between oven door and oven is worn Normal wear and tear you would expect from a used item.
